Rifle Creek Trail

The trail begins behind the Brenden Theater in downtown Rifle and follows the creek through Centennial Park, Rifle Middle School, and the Garfield County Fairgrounds. The trail has one unfinished section that begins at 9th Street where the trail crosses under Railroad Avenue. This section can be detoured by taking the right-hand connector trail up to Railroad Avenue near Capitol Deli, going north for two blocks, and taking a right on 11th Street. The trail begins again where 11th Street meets Rifle Creek. The trail then passes City Market and Metro Park, before ending at Deerfield Park on 30th Street.
