Rifle Mountain Park is located at 13885 County Road 217, at the end of Highway 325, north of the Rifle Falls Fish Hatchery. Rifle Mountain Park is a breathtaking canyon of limestone cliffs known for its world class rock and ice climbing opportunities. It consists of 250 bolted climbing routes and also offers primitive camp sites and hiking trails. Once inside Rifle Mountain Park, visitors will find a Community House that is an ideal location for seasonal weddings, reunions and large group gatherings. The rustic structure includes a group area and horse shoe pits. Visitors are also able to access the Flat Tops from Rifle Mountain Park via a four wheel drive road. Rifle Mountain Park is not a State Park and visitors are required to purchase a day pass or annual pass. Camping fees are at an additional cost and campsites are on a first come, first served basis.
