The Rifle Roundup BBQ Contest is an amateur cook-off for individuals, teams, families, or whoever – that will compete in 3 judged categories (Pork ribs, Pork, and Brisket) and People’s Choice pulled pork.
Total prize money: $2, 650
One Grand Champion (blind judged): $500
People’s Choice: 1st $300; 2nd $150; 3rd $75; 4th $50
1st Place in each category: $200
2nd Place in each category: $150
3rd Place in each category: $100
4th Place in each category: $75
People’s Choice voting 1 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Winner’s announced at 4 p.m.
