Centennial Park
Centennial Park is located on the Rifle Creek Trail between 3rd and 9th street. Entrances to the park and parking areas can be found on the west end of 5th St. and off of Park Ave. One of the highlights of Centennial Park is the unique art work displayed throughout the park, giving visitors a glimpse into Rifle’s history and western heritage. Centennial Park’s signature event is the annual Fourth of July celebration featuring Symphony in the Valley in concert along with fireworks.
Deerfield Park
The Deerfield Park Multi-Use Fields are located north of Rifle off of Highway 13. Visitors will also find the Veterans’ War Memorial, The Grotto (an open space area that functions as a dog park), a playground, picnic shelter and bbq grates. There are both softball and soccer fields available.
Metro Park
Metro Park is located at 1718 Railroad Park. It includes the Art Dague Pool & Waterslide, Rifle Action Park, two lighted tennis courts, a picnic shelter and open space. The picnic shelter can be reserved. Rifle Action park is on the south side of Metro Park and features a skate park and BMX Track.
